Nelly Tang,

Accounts Administrator - Bookkeeper

Nelly is a dedicated accounting professional with a true passion for numbers. Having gained experience in both public accounting and corporate finance roles, she holds a strong conviction that meticulous bookkeeping and well-organized financial records form the bedrock of generating trustworthy financial statements. Nelly understands that these reports are what business owners depend on to make crucial decisions and drive business growth. 

She is committed to meeting clients with empathy and compassion, values that closely align with her core principles in life. Nelly finds that Ethos Psychology's values strongly resonate with her, making it a seamless fit.

Beyond her financial expertise, she takes pride in being a loving parent to two furry companions, who keep her busy when she's not immersed in spreadsheets.

Carla Delenne,

Administrative Assistant

Carla is passionate about mental health well-being, and counselling support, as she’s a Registered Counsellor with a keen interest in Psychology. She has completed her Diploma in Counselling and is now studying for a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Counselling. She has comprehensive experience in Allied Health services with invaluable skills to adeptly triage clients and provide support to professionals.

Carla originally grew up in France and more recently moved to Australia to pursue her career in counselling. She is determined to create a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment for psychology and counselling services.

She looks forward to virtually welcoming clients with a smile at Ethos Psychology every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Gemma Bruce, Administrative Assistant

Gemma is passionate about mental health, and values the impact that psychological support can have on overall quality of life. Having completed her Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology, Gemma is taking time away from study and is excited to learn about the private practice environment. She aspires to become qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in the future, with a particular interest in providing affirming care to members of the LGBTQ+ community.

With extensive customer service experience and an enthusiasm for helping others, she enjoys using her skills to assist the clients and team at Ethos Psychology. She is organised, compassionate, and devoted to creating a supportive and non-judgemental environment for everybody who enters the practice.

Mehryar Dolatmoradi, Administrative Assistant

Mehryar brings a diverse and accomplished background to the Ethos Psychology team. With a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and a career as a personal trainer, he balances his professional and personal passions effectively. As a former elite athlete who represented his country in volleyball, Mehryar understands the importance of mental and physical well-being.

In his role as an Administrative Assistant, Mehryar is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for clients. He is attentive, warm, kind, and compassionate, always striving to make each client's visit to Ethos Psychology a positive experience. He also works with students with various support or coaching needs in educational settings, drawing on international experience to enrich his practice.

Mehryar is enthusiastic about being part of the Ethos Psychology team, where he aims to gain unique knowledge and experience in private practice.

Human Resources (HR) Professional

Helen is passionate about success in business where the empowered people are the doers, leaders and dreamers, which makes a rewarding workplace. She manages the complexities of Human Resources ensuring a healthy workplace culture.

Louis

Our volunteer for emotional support, companionship and relief to assist with symptoms related to mental and physical distress. He’s happy to provide extra pats, floof cuddles and show you his iconic Samoyed smile to help with co-regulation. He will often bestow a warm welcome to our clients when the centre is graced with his presence.
